TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.      Competition Period & Participation


         Participation in this competition is subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

  • The competition will run from 16 September 2010 and will end on 31 October 2010, South African time (GMT+2 hours) ("the competition period").
  • The competition is open to any entity with a valid business television licence.
  • Directors, members, partners, employees, service providers, consultants to or agents of the SABC, or its respective sponsorship or advertising agencies, or spouses, life partners, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates of such persons are not eligible to enter the competition and cannot win prizes.
  • The winner will be selected by means of a random draw.
  • The winner will be required to comply with the requirements set out in these terms in order to be eligible to receive any prize.   If an entrant fails to comply, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will be determined by means of a separate draw.   Entrants agree and accept that they will have no claim whatsoever against the SABC in that event.
  • The judges’ decision will be final.
  • The prize will be handed over to the business owner/CEO/MD/or similar, to select the two winners.
  • The winners must be in possession of valid passports (and visas, if required) and this obligation rests on the winners.
  • The winners will have to make themselves available for the trip, from 12 to 19 July 2011, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

2.      How to enter the competition:


         To qualify as an entrant, said entrant must:

  • have a valid (paid-up) business television licence during the competition period;
  • complete the competition form by providing the Business Name, Registration Number, Business TV Licence Account Number and Email Address.

3.      Conditions for eligibility to win prizes, acceptance and delivery of prize:


3.1     Prizes may not be exchanged for cash amounts.


3.2     A single entry per business TV licence account will be allowed.
